Registration and participation in Maker Faire Caserta 2026 is free for all those who wish to exhibit their projects and exhibits (hereinafter referred to as “makers”) on Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st, 2026, in Piazza della Pace at Villaggio dei Ragazzi – Maddaloni (CE).
Makers may also hold talks, seminars, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, scientific experiments, or artistic performances, under their own responsibility and in compliance with the public regulations in force at the time of the event.
Maker Faire Caserta 2026 is an independently organized event produced under license from Make Community, LLC.
KromLabòro Caserta FabLab, hereinafter referred to as the “Organization,” is responsible for organizing Maker Faire Caserta 2026.
Interested participants must submit their application by the deadline indicated in the official Call for Makers.
Applications are accepted by a Selection Committee appointed by the Organizer. The selection results will be communicated to applicants as soon as possible.
For technical reasons, a separate application is required for each proposed project. Selected projects will be published on the event’s official website and social media channels. Personal data will not be made public unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
The Selection Committee’s decisions are final.
Participation as a maker is free of charge. Acceptance of the application does not imply any obligation for the Organizer to reimburse participants for expenses incurred (travel, food, lodging, materials, setup, or other), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Before the start of the event, makers will be required to sign these regulations and a liability waiver.
Groups, associations, or private individuals wishing to promote their project without direct sales during the event may apply as makers.
Those wishing to sell directly to the public must participate as commercial exhibitors, in accordance with the exhibitor regulations and the Maker Faire Caserta 2026 sponsorship/exhibition contract, and comply with all legal and tax obligations.
All makers and exhibitors are required to comply with legal provisions, safety regulations, the event’s internal regulations, and the instructions provided by the Organizer.
The distribution (free or paid) of food and beverages of any kind to the public is prohibited.
The sale of other products during the event will not be permitted to makers, but only to registered commercial exhibitors.
The distribution of food and beverages will be permitted exclusively to registered commercial food exhibitors.
Any potentially dangerous activity must be authorized in advance and carried out under the full responsibility of the proponent.
Any damage to persons or property will be attributable solely to those responsible for the actions that caused it.
The Organizer will provide makers with an exhibition space with basic equipment, subject to logistical availability.
Any special needs must be indicated during the application process and are not guaranteed.
The space layout will be determined by the Organizer and may be subject to change due to organizational needs.
Makers are required to be present for the entire duration of the event. Any special needs must be communicated promptly.
Loading and unloading, access, and setup procedures will be communicated prior to the event.
The Organizer is working on activating agreements with hotels, accommodations, restaurants, and local businesses to facilitate the participation of makers and commercial exhibitors from outside the area.
Any available agreements, including favorable terms, will be communicated to accepted exhibitors and makers as soon as they are finalized. These benefits do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Organization, nor an automatic right for participants.
The Organization may establish prizes and awards for participating makers. The categories and awarding procedures will be communicated at a later date.
Makers are invited to propose talks, workshops, and outreach activities during registration.
In the event of force majeure, the event may be postponed or canceled. In the event of mild adverse weather conditions, the event will proceed as scheduled.
By submitting the application, makers authorize the Organization and Make Community, LLC to use the data and materials provided for editorial, promotional, and event communication purposes.
Personal data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the Make privacy policy, available on the official website.
Participation in Maker Faire Caserta 2026 implies full acceptance of these rules.
Participation as a maker in Maker Faire Caserta 2026 is free and reserved for individuals, groups, associations, FabLabs, schools, and teams wishing to exhibit projects, exhibits, or activities of an experimental, educational, artistic, research, or outreach nature, without direct sales of products to the public.

Each maker is responsible for the activities performed, the content presented, and the equipment used. All installations must comply with current safety regulations and location’s rule. Escape routes must be kept clear and accessible at all times. Potentially dangerous activities must be authorized in advance by the Organizer. Any damage to persons or property caused by the maker will be the sole responsibility of the maker. The Organizer declines all liability for theft, damage, or loss.
The Organizer will provide makers with an exhibition space with basic equipment, subject to logistical availability. Any special requirements must be indicated during the application process and are not guaranteed. The layout of the spaces may be subject to change for organizational reasons. The assigned space must be kept clean and tidy for the entire duration of the event and returned free of materials and waste, which must be disposed of according to the instructions provided by the Organizer.
Makers are required to be present for the entire duration of the event. Any special needs must be communicated promptly to the Organizer.
The Maker authorizes KromLabòro Caserta FabLab and Make Community LLC to use photographs, images, video footage, and audiovisual materials taken during the event that portray him or her or document his or her participation in the event.
Authorization is granted free of charge, without time or territorial limitations, for promotional, informational, dissemination, and documentary purposes, on any media, including print, online, and social media.
The Participant declares that he or she has no claims whatsoever and waives any compensation or financial rights deriving from the use of such materials.
Personal data will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Organizer is working on activating agreements with accommodation facilities, restaurants, and local businesses. Any discounts will be communicated to accepted makers and do not constitute an obligation for the Organization nor an automatic right for participants.
These regulations apply to commercial exhibitors participating in Maker Faire Caserta 2026 for promotional purposes and/or direct sales of non-food products.
Participation is subject to signing the Commercial Exhibitor contract and paying the required fees. Participation is subject to application via the Call for Makers and subsequent acceptance by the Organizer.
Direct sales are permitted only to duly authorized commercial exhibitors. Each exhibitor is required to comply with applicable tax, commercial, and administrative regulations, assuming full responsibility therefor.
Setups must comply with safety regulations and the Organizer’s instructions. Equipment, electrical systems, and materials used are the full responsibility of the exhibitor. The use of open flames or unauthorized hazardous substances is prohibited. Loading and unloading, access, and setup procedures will be communicated prior to the event.
The Commercial Exhibitor authorizes KromLabòro Caserta FabLab and Make Community LLC to use photographs, images, video footage, and audiovisual materials taken during the event that portray him/her or document his/her participation in the event. This authorization is granted free of charge, without time or territorial limitations, for promotional, informational, dissemination, and documentary purposes, on any media, including print, online, and social media.
The Participant declares that he/she has no claims whatsoever and waives any compensation or financial rights deriving from the use of such materials. Personal data will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Organizer will assign Commercial Exhibitors a 3m x 3m exhibition space, subject to logistical availability. The location of the spaces is determined by the Organizer and may be subject to change for organizational reasons, without this constituting grounds for requests for reimbursement or compensation. The stand must be kept clean and tidy throughout the event. At the end of the event, the space must be returned clean and free of waste, which must be properly separated and disposed of according to the instructions provided.
The Organizer is working on activating agreements with accommodation facilities, restaurants, and local businesses. Any discounts will be communicated to accepted commercial exhibitors and do not constitute an obligation for the Organizer or an automatic right for participants.
These regulations apply to commercial food exhibitors selling and serving food and beverages during Maker Faire Caserta 2026.
Participation is subject to signing the Commercial Food Exhibitor contract and paying the required fees. Participation is subject to application via the Call for Makers and subsequent acceptance by the Organizer.
Direct sales are permitted only to duly authorized Commercial Food Exhibitors. Participation is subject to possession of all health, administrative, and tax authorizations required by current legislation, including SCIA and HACCP requirements. Commercial Food Exhibitors are fully responsible for the health and hygiene safety of the products they serve and for compliance with regulations regarding food storage, preparation, and serving.
Cooking facilities and equipment must comply with safety standards. The use of gas, flames, or cooking appliances is permitted only with the Organizer’s prior authorization and in compliance with safety regulations. Loading and unloading, access, and setup procedures will be communicated prior to the event.
The Organizer will assign Commercial Exhibitors a 3m x 3m exhibition space, subject to logistical availability. The food area must be kept clean at all times. Food exhibitors are responsible for the proper management and disposal of waste, including used oil and organic waste, according to the procedures indicated by the Organizer and the competent authorities. The location of the spaces is determined by the Organizer and may be subject to change for organizational needs, without this constituting grounds for requests for reimbursement or compensation. At the end of the event, the space must be returned clean and free of waste, which must be properly separated and disposed of according to the instructions provided.
Liability: All civil, criminal, and administrative liability arising from the provision of food and beverages is the sole responsibility of the food exhibitor. Failure to comply with safety, hygiene, or organizational regulations may result in immediate exclusion from the event without the right to a refund.
